A representative from the organisation is available in our Cafe 10.00 – 12.00pm on the last Wednesday of the month.
NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies is a free and confidential NHS service providing support for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and other common mental health difficulties.
